Refund policy

【Cancellation, Return, and Exchange】
(1) Except if the product is defective, we will not accept returns or refunds.


(2) Under any circumstances we will not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following products.　　
・ Products that have been used
・ Products that have been damaged or stained by the customer
・ Products without packages (bags / cases)
・ Products made to order
・ Other products that clearly state that they cannot be returned on the product introduction page


(3) In the unlikely event that the product is defective, we will bear the shipping fee for returns, etc.


(4) Refunds will be made according to the payment method within 3 business days after the returned goods arrive
